About Me
I’m Dr. Ethen Kauiers - Osteopath, Anatomy educator and ex-Personal Trainer.
Drawing on experiences across these professions, no one-person has 'perfect health', nor will any person always be at their 'best health'.
And that's normal, it's the human experience.
But at times we are seeking an improvement on our current state of health, or wellbeing, or physicality.
In these cases, my role as a health practitioner is encouraging people to acknowledge their current circumstances, and how we can work towards them being more content, more confident that they are well; not simply managing sickness or disability.
